ery little we know about him, neither the dates of his birth or his death nor the place where he was born. He used to sign his tangos as Juan M. Mallada but we neither know the name the letter M refers to.

He co-led an orchestra with Pampillón that appeared on LP6 Radio, according to a photograph published in the El alma que cantamagazine of May 28, 1932.

His tangos and his waltzes were numbered. The former were from 1 to 37 and the latter, from 1 to 7.
