e was a Catalonian and he presumably arrived in Argentina in the first decade of the twentieth century. In 1904 an advertisement of his tango “La Rubia” was published.

Between around 1910 and 1925 he was one of the successful composers that appeared at dancehalls in Buenos Aires and at the balls in the summer season of the Club Mar del Plata.

He was conductor of the orchestra of the Royal Theatre, a venue that was located on Corrientes and Esmeralda. He also appeared with his trio in the early programs of the radio.
