his tango dancer began his career in connection with Argentine folk dances which he studied from the time he was five years old and graduated as teacher of Folk Dances for Children and later as teacher of Folk Dances.

Falcón started his professional activity at age fourteen. Since then he has danced for several companies that appeared either in the Argentine Republic or abroad. Among some of the folk dance groups he has been member we have the Ballet led by Amalia García, Ballet del Machaco, Ballet de Salta, Los Bombos de Oro, Los Ñaquis and Los Diablos Gauchos, among others.

Since 1982 he has studied alongside great maestros like Rodolfo Dinzel, Antonio Todaro, Pepito Avellaneda and Juan Carlos Copes and thereafter with Miguel Ángel Zotto and Gustavo Naveira. Nowadays he goes on furthering his technique with different figures of the dance milieu.

Héctor Falcón is a dancer of outstanding strength on the stage, the power and effectiveness of his choreographic implementations gave him a privileged place in a large number of tango venues in Buenos Aires like La Ventana, Gala Tango, Señor Tango, El Querandí, Café Tortoni, Casa Blanca and La Cumparsita, just to mention a few.
From 2007 to 2012 he was choreographic and art director and lead dancer of the tango venues La Ventana and Gala Tango. In the latter he made the staging. In 2003 he was general director and choreographer of the Tango Buenos Aires show which was staged in the most important theaters and in over 60 cities of the United States.
